At Enaron LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work when you shop at enaron.com. Enaron sells to customers in the United States only. This policy is publicly available and does not require you to log in, create an account, or provide personal information to read it.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered (not from the purchase date). After 30 days, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted unless the item is defective or damaged.

The return window begins once delivery is confirmed by the carrier for U.S. orders.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, all of the following must apply:

  • The return request is submitted within the return window.
  • The jewelry or accessory item is unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is provided.
  • Prior return authorization has been issued by Enaron LLC.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Enaron LLC reserves the right to reject returns that show signs of wear, misuse, tarnishing, or missing components.

3. How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact our customer support team:

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive:

  • Return authorization confirmation
  • Detailed return instructions
  • A prepaid return shipping label when applicable (defective, damaged, or incorrect items)

Who pays for return shipping?

  • Standard returns (including buyer’s remorse): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated at the time of authorization.
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Enaron LLC provides a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you once the issue is verified.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Enaron LLC is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • Once verified, we will provide a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personalized, engraved, or custom-made jewelry
  • Final-sale, clearance, or items marked “non-returnable”
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage caused after delivery, or missing original packaging
  • Gift cards and digital products

7. Exchanges

To exchange a product, submit a return request for the original item. Once your return is approved and processed, place a new order for the replacement product. This ensures availability and faster processing.

8. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or rejected.
  • Approved refunds are issued as a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
  • Your bank or card issuer may require up to 10 additional business days to post the refund.
  • Original outbound shipping charges ($5.99 standard shipping, or free shipping on orders of $50+) are non-refundable on buyer’s remorse returns unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

9. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return eligible items within the return window described above.
